Dr Elyes CHERFA

About Me

I'm Elyes CHERFA, a PhD in software engineering. I'm currently searching for a Software Engineer full time job in Paris & Île-de-France.

In 2021/2022, I have worked as a temporary teacher and researcher at ESIR school (Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieur de Rennes), University of Rennes 1. I was attached to the Diverse team from IRISA lab.

During my PHD, I worked on assisting the specification OCL constraints in a metamodel level, by empirically studying existing metamodels and their OCL constraints. This work was done with Salah Sadou and Régis Fleurquin from UBS (Univeristy South Brittany) in Vannes, Chouki Tibermacine from LIRMM, Univeristy of Montpellier & CNRS, and Soraya Kesraoui from Segula Technologies. The thesis was done and financed by Segula Technologies France in Lorient.

Prior to my PHD, I worked on the automatic inference of OCL constraints from model examples and counter-examples.

Despite the topics I have worked on in MDE (Model-Driven Engineering), I also like developing applications in Java.
